Responsible for activities on deposition of multilayer films for Extreme Ultraviolet Lithography (EUVL) and X-Ray optics and for conducting research and development projects in thin film deposition and related technologies.
We are searching for candidates to fill an open position in our Deposition Manufacturing Team. The ideal candidate will have good mechanical and computer skills, a desire to learn and grow, and the ability to work as part of a dynamic team manufacturing x-ray optical systems.
Responsible for optical polishing of x-ray mirror components using optical CNC machinery. Assist in the development of new processes aimed at the advancement of x-ray mirror technology. Performing various surface metrology characterization on polished parts. Development of new metrology processes. Participate in research and development.
Works from job orders, engineering drawings and notes, sketches, and verbal instructions Assembles mechanical and electrical components on the bench and under a microscope. Troubleshoots and repairs components after return from the field.
